1. Services Provided
Gardening Haringey offers a comprehensive range of gardening services, including but not limited to:
- Landscaping and garden design
- Lawn maintenance and care
- Planting and pruning
- Seasonal clean-ups
- Tree and shrub maintenance
All services are provided with the highest level of professionalism and expertise to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Clients can book our services by contacting us through our website or by phone. Upon booking, we will provide an estimated schedule for the commencement and completion of services. We strive to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule; however, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate adjustments.
2.1 Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
3.1 Late Payments
Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% per month on the outstanding balance. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services until the account is settled.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the smooth delivery of our services, clients are expected to:
- Provide access to the property at the scheduled service times
- Inform us of any specific requirements or restrictions
- Ensure that pets and children are kept safe and out of the work area
4.1 Property Safety
Clients must ensure that the property is safe for our team to work in, free from hazards that could cause injury or damage to equipment.
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to prevent damage, Gardening Haringey is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or unforeseen incidents that may occur during service delivery. Clients are encouraged to report any concerns immediately.
5.1 Insurance
We maintain comprehensive liability insurance to cover any accidental damages that may occur during our operations. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
6.1 Grounds for Termination
Services may be terminated immediately for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Non-payment of fees
- Violation of property safety standards
- Unreasonable behavior towards staff
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haringey.
7.1 Amendments
Gardening Haringey reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes through our official communication channels.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Use of Materials
Clients may use materials such as images of their own gardens for personal use, provided they do not infringe on Gardening Haringey’s intellectual property rights.
10. Feedback and Complaints
Your feedback is valuable to us. If you have any complaints or suggestions regarding our services, please communicate them promptly to allow us to address and resolve the issue effectively.
10.1 Resolution Process
We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to a higher authority as per our internal guidelines.
11. Force Majeure
Gardening Haringey is not liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.
11.1 Notification
In the event of a force majeure, we will notify clients as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to reschedule services.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Gardening Haringey, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
12.1 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
